I have done all my training with the dive shop and feel that without the help of the team I would not be enjoy diving to the level I do, because of them. I would recommend anyone looking to get into diving to contact Ocean View, I will be continuing my training through them.

From start to finish all of my courses, experiences and dealings with the centre and staff have been flawless.

So Shoreham Beach Cub Scout Group used Ocean View for a TryDive experience in 2019 as an end of term event and now is an annual event for the section, especially as its local with its own heated pool, changing area and parking.
The instructors were great with the Cubs, offering lots of support and guidance.

Great little shop with an incredible knowledgeable staff, who are always happy to help and explain kit, techniques or just ask “how did the dive go?”

I have done my drysuit course here and I have to say I will be coming back to continue my diving education. If you’re looking for:

Then look no further, joining the club and exchanging stories & expertise and using the pool every week was the cherry on top.

This a great and well established dive shop. Friendly staff (not so sure about the owner though! 😁😉). Always efficient on servicing and tank fill ups/testing. Highly recommended.

Where do I start!
Graham and the Team are superb, always happy to help and go the extra mile. Great shop with plenty choice and they’ll get in anything you want that’s not in stock.
The pool is a bonus for trying kit and keeping skills up to date.
Courses and tuition are top notch too.
Organised trips are fantastic and whoever is leading the trip always makes sure everyone is looked after and has a good time.

If it’s kit you’re after, from the smallest snap hook to the full kit package, the friendly and knowledgeable team will always take the time to make sure you get exactly what you need, and never what is in their interest to sell you.

The patience, experience and good humour make this a fantastic group of teachers for any training you might need. I’ve seen them in action with the youngest of children and significantly older kids like me, and they make it easy to learn and with a smile.

They are always willing to offer advice and between them, can answer just about any question about kit, courses or dive locations. The personal touch is so valuable and I would recommend Ocean View. If you are interested in diving or are already qualified as a diver to any level via any agency then Ocean View Diving is the club and shop for you. From the smallest piece of equipment to a full diving holiday the team at Ocean View can help with it all. Fully qualified, very friendly small team of instructors and staff that deal with each divers needs and requirements on that individual basis regardless of age and experience. A really friendly club that meets weekly with access to a small, deep, heated well maintained pool idea for all courses and skills refreshers as needed. Regular club trips across the UK and regular dive holidays to some of the best diving locations in the world. Every diver of any age and experience can only benefit from being a member of the Ocean View Club or just using the shop for all their dive equipment needs. The only slight negative is that the owner is a Liverpool fan but that is the only “minor” fault I can find! For better diving better use Ocean View Diving.

The staff spend time with you and give you their full attention when you are looking for that item of dive gear.
They make sure I get the item that is suitable and practical for me.
The knowledge they all have is priceless.

This is a great dive centre, all members of staff are very helpful, whether it is advice with equipment or courses.
There is a well stocked shop, service centre & a training pool.

I have progressed from Discover scuba diving to now starting out on a professional course. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable & helpful, no questions are deemed too basic.

I have felt I am in safe, experienced, hands & have always felt fully supported.

After a failed previous attempt to learn to dive abroad I contacted Oceanview in November 2009 to inquire about learning to dive in the UK. The following February I completed my Open Water and dry suit qualification in Brighton. I was very impressed by the friendly, patient instructors who helped me get over my nerves and ensured I was successful. Due to this excellent experience and with the continued support of Oceanview I have gone on to become an Instructor completing all my training with them.
The shop is well stocked and advice is always happily shared on both dive equipment and underwater photography. There is an active, friendly, club community and a good range of dive trips organised both in the UK and abroad.

I have been shopping at this dive centre since I learnt to dive in Cyprus in 2006. Very knowledgable staff, they all know their products and no question is too silly.

I have been on holiday with this dive centre a fair few times, (Egypt, Maldives) and been on local dives, knowing you have experienced people with you certainly put me at ease when I was still learning.

They also run qualifications and courses to improve your skills with the added perk being the pool they have on site that allows you to do many of the skills needed without having to go far, there is a classroom also onsite for the non practical bits too.

I Would highly recommend if you are a newbie and never dived before, dived a little while, or wanting to improve and hone skills or want to progress to professional qualifications.

This is the place to come you are in safe hands, or should that be bubbles…

Needed some advice on what course was next for me, they took me through my options, explaining each step, they weren’t pushy and were happy to give me advice without selling to me on the spot.
