Extend your diving season! If you want to stay warm and toasty, feeling comfortable in cooler water, you will want to dive in a dry suit.

We will be running the PADI Drysuit Diver course in September/October.
Pool Orientation session – Sunday 26th September (morning)
Lake Dives –  Sunday 14th October

Unlike a wetsuit, a dry suit seals you off from the outside water and that keeps you warm! Even in surprisingly cold water. This will greatly extend your diving season here in the UK, you can also comfortably go and play with the Seals off of Lundy or the Farnes!

You will need to do a small amount of home study before the course, this is all now done with the digital PADI home study eLearning material. You don’t need to come to the shop to get the course arranged and access your digital home study, this part of the course can all be arranged via email, the course can be paid for via BACS, we will then send you the code for your home study, with instructions how to do this, of course however it would be great to see you before hand, so you can always pop into the centre before the course to arrange it all.

Enriched Air Nitrox Course – Sunday 26th September

We all want to stay longer on that reef or wreck, it isn’t always our breathing rate that brings us up before we want to, often we still have plenty of air left but our No Decompression Limit (NDL) brings us back up.

You will need to do a small amount of home study before the course, this is all now done with the digital PADI home study eLearning material. You don’t need to come to the shop to get the course arranged if you don’t want to, this part of the course can all be arranged via email or over the phone, the course can be paid for via bank transfer or credit card, we will then send you the code for your home study, with instructions how to do this, of course if you want to pop in and say hello it would be great to see you.

To keep our students and staff safe, despite the restrictions being dropped, we will still limit the student numbers on this course to make sure distancing is still possible. We request that you carry out a Lateral Flow test just prior to joining us for the course please, to keep all of our students and staff clear, and we ask that you wear a mask if you can whilst we are in the classroom setting.

Our next Emergency First Response course will be running on Saturday 18th September 2021.

First aid and CPR are good skills for anyone to learn, especially those involved in adventure sports – just in case. The Emergency First Response course meets the necessary First Aid training required as part of the PADI Rescue Diver course.

If a member of your family was taken ill, or a fellow diver had an emergency, you will be able to step up and help them, knowing you can help those you care about is a reassuring feeling.

This course is open to anyone, you don’t need to be a diver to need First Aid skills.

As a pre-requisite to the Rescue Diver course, you need a valid First Aid certification, taken within the last 24 months, the Emergency First Response course meets the necessary First Aid training required as part of the PADI Rescue Diver course.

If you are a rescue diver who’s First Aid course was over 2 years ago, you will need to do an update, so why not join us on the next E.F.R course.

Learn how to turn yourself into the best buddy, increase your safety, recognise problems before they occur

Our next PADI Rescue Course will be running on Saturday 25th September and Sunday 10th October 2021.

Most divers cite the Rescue course to be the best course they took, whilst serious and testing, you will learn so much to improve your dive skills, and learn to look out for your fellow dive buddies.

We don’t like to think about it but accidents happen, rescue training expands your knowledge of diving, increases your dive skills, and makes you more aware of what’s happening around you. The course helps you recognize and respond to potential diving emergencies in the unlikely event that they should occur,

Deep and Wreck courses July 2021

Over the weekend of Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th July we went to N.D.A.C in Chepstow with our students to complete their PADI Deep and Wreck courses, and PADI Advanced courses.
