PADI Tec 50
You have now reached a point where you are setting yourself apart from other divers
The Tec 50 course is the third section of the PADI Tec Deep Diver course, it completes your training as an entry-level tec diver, taking you past the limits of recreational diving.
You have now made it to a point that sets you apart, on completion of the Tec50 course your skills will now show your competency to dive to a maximum of 50 metres.
The Tec 50 course includes two knowledge development sections, three practical application sessions and four open water dives. You will concentrate on the planning and execution of your dives, the important preparation and planning for an emergency should it ever arise, you will by now be thinking differently to the recreational diver you used to be.
After this, you just need to decide where you are going next.
During the Tec 50 course, you:
- Make actual decompression dives as deep as 50 metres/165 feet
