SEALIFE Marine Conservation & Careers Evening
Thursday 15th October 6-10pm
Brighton Sealife Centre have asked Oceanview to be involved with a careers and conservation evening. We are happy to be joining some other great organisations to showcase what can be done to help, and how to get involved with these organisations, with a special aim towards making our kids and younger adults aware of what options they have open to them, not just academically but within conservation programs and other industries.
We will be flying the flag for PADIs very special PROJECT AWARE organisation, highlighting the problem with Marine Debris, what we can do to help prevent it or clear it up, and of course offering advice on becoming a diver, and getting involved in beach clean ups. If you know anyone who might like to go, tickets can be booked online at the web address below. Admission is free.
Join us for a fascinating evening where you can chat to numerous marine experts at their stands, listen to some entertaining and educational presentations, and discover what you can do to help our struggling marine environment all in the surrounds of the world’s oldest operating aquarium.
Who knows, you may find a new hobby, passion or even career!
