The Black, by Aerdura, out of Oceanic
Oceanic's latest version of the renowned Aerdura Dry Suit is the "Black" Bred from the pedigree stock of the Aerdura, the suit supplied to the British Armed Forces. On the outside, a layer of heavy duty Cordura offers long lasting strength and durability. Next comes fourteen layers of impermeable rubber butyl membrane, half of which are impregnated with titanium oxide to form an infra red reflective barrier. However, the real secret of it's effectiveness lies within the thermal reflective 'fine satin' weave polyester lining. This is also impregnated with Titanium Oxide for maximum warmth. This unique lining and it's silver grey finish are exclusive to Oceanic FEATURES CORDURA TRILAMINATE WITH POLYSTER, TITANIUM LINING. The material, unique to Oceanic, provides a tough, waterproof, comfortable membrane between you and the environment. We only use a genuine Cordura material, unlike a number of our competitors suits who use a cheap imitation. Seven layers of Titanium Oxide impregnated butyl, forming an infra-red reflective barrier BIAS CUT The Black pattern and cutting utilises the full benefit of the Oceanic BIAS system. The Bias cut, patent applied for, gives up to 15% stretch in those suit panels where it counts. TELESCOPIC BODY The telescopic body of the Black gives the diver a greater amount of comfort both on and under the water. WARM NECK COLLAR The latest design, proven to give that extra warmth around the neck and top of the spine. NEW DESIGN ZIP PROTECTOR An innovative design in zip protection, large enough to protect yet with no bulk to cause any discomfort. REFLECTIVE TAPE Lets you be seen and be safe. BRACES The Black is fitted with brace tabs and supplied with adjustable braces. This gives the user more comfort and style. LAYERED CORDURA KNEE PADS An oversize additional layer of Cordura material to give protection to the vulnerable area around the knee and lower leg.
